Politics of Reservations, Cancelations and Money Returns.
Reservations:
To guarantee the total payment of a reservation, you have two options:
- By credit card, which should be sent by fax or e-mail the credit card authorization form, with all the information solicited. Click Here to download the credit card authorization form (.doc -37Kb).
- Bank deposits if it is a reservation made in our account in the USA in the Ocean Bank in Miami, account number 0521401705 ABA 066011392. If it is local, deposits can be made in BAC San Jose account number 904523354, under the name of Costa Pacífico or Banco C.R. account number 268-0000124-4.
In both cases you can deposit the total, or 50% of the total. If you are paying with a credit card, there is a 23.39% charge for taxes. If you prepay 50%, the other 50% must be paid upon arrival (does not apply in peak season).
Cancelations:
In the high season, or low season (May 1st – December 13th) the cancelation of reservations can be done one month before reservation date with no charge. If you cancel 15 days before the reservation date 50% of the total will be charge. If you cancel only 14 days before date of reservation, 100 % of the total will be charged.
If the reservation is made one week before arrival, you have 3 days to cancel or you will de charge the whole price as well.
For peak season, cancellations must be made with a minimum of one month before, or the total charge will be spplied.
For no shows, the first night will be charged in full.
Returns:
In no case will the partial or full payment be returned, once the guest has moved into his room, and there is need to leave earlier than anticipated.
For reservations made via telephone or Internet, if the guest decides to not come the no show clause will be applied.
